Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services provided by AInstein Apps ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

1Who we are

The services are operated by Robert Vintervind, trading as AInstein Apps (sole trader), Ögärdsvägen 20, Viskafors, Sweden. You can reach us at [email protected].

2The services

AInstein Apps provides a suite of AI-powered software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools, which may include (among others) SPIDrSEO, Brand Alchemist, AEO Crawler, TimeBuddy, IntelInvoice AI, and related products. We may add, change, or discontinue features over time. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid features. If we make a material change that adversely affects a paid feature you rely on, and you are a consumer, you may terminate your subscription and receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of any prepaid period.

3Accounts & eligibility

4Subscriptions, billing & payment

5Free trials & free tiers

Where a free trial or free tier is offered, its limits and duration are described at sign-up. When a trial ends, your account may convert to a paid plan or revert to a free tier, as indicated at the time you started the trial.

6Right of withdrawal & refunds

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts (Swedish: Distansavtalslagen 2005:59; EU: Directive 2011/83/EU). For a digital service you ask to start immediately, you will be asked at checkout to (i) expressly request that performance begin at once and (ii) acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided. This consent is collected separately at checkout and is not satisfied merely by accepting these Terms; if you do not give it, the service will not begin until the 14-day period has expired. If you are a business or sole trader acting in the course of your trade or profession, the statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not apply.

Refunds. Except for the statutory withdrawal right above, subscriptions are non-refundable and we do not provide pro-rata refunds when you cancel — you keep access until the end of your paid period. If you are charged in error, charged twice, or charged for a period after a confirmed cancellation, contact [email protected] within 30 days and we will correct it. Nothing here limits any non-waivable refund rights you may have under mandatory consumer law.

7Acceptable use

When using our services, you agree not to:

8Your content & AI output

9Intellectual property

The services, software, branding, and all related intellectual-property rights are owned by AInstein Apps or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of our intellectual property to you. "AInstein Apps" and our product names and logos are our trademarks.

10Third-party services

Our services rely on and may integrate third-party providers (for example, payment, AI, and infrastructure providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, and their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

11Availability

We work to keep the services available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control may cause downtime.

12Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of AI output, and non-infringement.

13Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid to us for the services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law (including liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct).

14Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the services in a way that risks harm to us or others. You may stop using the services and close your account at any time. On termination, your right to use the services ends; certain provisions (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive.

15Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by email or an in-app notice) before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you are a consumer and do not accept a material change, you may terminate your subscription before it takes effect and receive a pro-rata refund for any unused prepaid period; we will not treat continued use as acceptance where you have no reasonable alternative during a prepaid period.

16Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For business customers, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, with the District Court of the place of our registered seat as the court of first instance. If you are a consumer, any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence continue to apply, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of Sweden or of your country of residence. For consumer disputes you may also turn to Sweden's national consumer disputes body, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm.
